Joseph Kronberg is the Head of Business Development for Coastal Abstract & Title, a premier title insurance company renowned for its exceptional service and expertise. With a strong background in finance, business development, and operations, Joseph focuses on achieving the overall growth of the company.
In addition to his role at Coastal Abstract, Joseph is responsible for business development at Stamm Development Group (“SDG”), a national real estate development firm with offices in Philadelphia, PA, and Delray Beach, FL. In his role with SDG, Joseph is responsible for real estate investment and development activities in Southeast Florida as well as leading SDG’s strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Stamm Development Group in 2021, Joseph spent seven years at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (“KKR”) in KKR’s Capital Markets and Client Partnership Groups where he assisted in both debt and equity financing as well as supported KKR’s private markets capital raising efforts globally.
Joseph received his B.A. in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and his M.B.A in Finance, Real Estate, and Strategy Management from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. As an active philanthropist, Joseph is on the board of FAN4Kids, a non-profit that works with children, parents, and local communities in low-income areas to introduce healthy living, wellness, and fitness and nutrition programs into schools and homes. He also competes in triathlons globally to raise money for various charitable organizations.
