Erin started her career in mortgage processing in 1992 and quickly recognized her love for real estate closings and that the title insurance industry was the path for her. She began her title career working for an attorney handling home builder settlements. As her career progressed, she was able to work for a larger title company where she honed in on additional skills and obtain additional title knowledge. Since then, Erin has processed and closed various types of transactions including commercial purchases, residential purchases, new construction, co-ops, and refinances. In the decades of processing, she has become very familiar with clearing difficult title matters.
Erin is a licensed Florida Title Agent. She believes in delivering excellent service and a seamless closing experience to all parties.
In her time off, Erin enjoys traveling with her many siblings and friends, trying new restaurants and giving back to her community.
