Alli has been with Coastal Abstract since inception in 2022. She worked closely with the team from the ground up to launch the office space and enjoys having conversations with agents and clients regarding the importance of a seamless transaction – and ensuring that happens with each and every transaction! She leads day-to-day operations as well as is an integral member of the business development team.
Alli is also a key team member at Stamm Development Group where she handles all transactions from contract to close and assists any buyers throughout the contracting, building, and settlement process.
Alli earned a dual Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Charleston’s Business School in 2013 in Business Administration and Hospitality and Tourism and was a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority. Prior to that she attended Germantown Academy where she was the President of the Community Service Organization and captain of the Swim Team and the Water Polo Team.
Alli currently resides in Philadelphia where she loves to cheer on her Philly sports teams, try the latest restaurants, volunteer for community service throughout the city, travel as often as possible and, visit with friends and family. With 12 combined years of experience in the sales, hospitality, and real estate industry, Alli brings a multitude of skills to the team to contribute to Coastal Abstract’s, “seamless excellence in luxury title services”.
