Emily is a Business Development Associate who has been with Coastal Abstract since inception.
Emily has played a pivotal role in the company’s business development efforts, leveraging her creative skills to design innovative strategies that have attracted new clients and expanded the company’s market presence. She has been instrumental in Coastal Abstract’s expansion into the South Florida real estate market, working closely with team. She collaborates with various real estate agents, attorneys, and lenders to ensure Coastal Abstract is always offering smooth and successful closings.
Emily completed her undergraduate education as a member of the Honors College at Saint Joseph’s University’s Haub School of Business in Philadelphia, PA. She graduated in May 2020, with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate Finance. Emily was the recipient of the 2019 Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Philadelphia Scholarship and the 2019 CREW National Award, which is given to female leaders as they pursue a career in the real estate industry.
