Michael is the founder, President, and CEO of Coastal Abstract & Title, a premier title insurance company renowned for its exceptional service and expertise. Under his leadership, Coastal Abstract has rapidly become a leading player in the Florida title insurance market, providing reliable and comprehensive title services throughout the state.
In addition to his role at Coastal Abstract, Michael is the founder and CEO of Stamm Development Group (SDG), a national real estate development firm with offices in Philadelphia, PA, and Delray Beach, FL. With over 11 years of industry experience, he oversees SDG’s projects from acquisitions to recapitalizations, having successfully managed over $625 million in developments in Philadelphia and South Florida. Under his direction, SDG has expanded to include SDGRE, a prominent investment sales and property management brokerage.
Michael holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and is a former member of the Delta Chi Fraternity. He also graduated from Germantown Academy in Fort Washington, PA. He resides in Delray Beach, FL, and is actively involved with the Union League of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Cricket Club, and the Seagate Beach & Country Club in Delray Beach. Michael has also served as a board member of the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia, co-chairs “Cheers for CHOP,” and is a Corporate Council board member for CHOP. In 2019, he was recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Philadelphia Inquirer, and SDG won the “Building Up Award” at the Building Big Awards.
In 2019, Michael founded The SDG Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to supporting children and families in Philadelphia and Florida. The foundation has raised over $850,000 to date, contributing significantly to its mission.
His vision for Coastal Abstract is to continue setting the standard for excellence in the title insurance industry while contributing positively to the communities he serves.
